Tuesday- 10 minutes elliptical and 1 mile fast walk
Wednesday- 2 Miles WATP + 1 mile
Thursday- walk A LOT today. Bunches of yard sales.
Friday- had company so no exercise other than some ticep extensions
Saturday- 30 minute walk, resistance band exercises, Squats (can't remember how many)
