Great to have you join. I don't seem to be losing right now - even with 2 weeks on track. I saw the scale go down, but then it has gone back up. I'm assuming its sodium or water. I'm not worried. I'm just going to keep at it. I've been working out 6 days a week. I'm proud. Lets all do this!
