Default Gum Suggestions

Hi All,
I am going to Target and Costco today and was wondering what kind of gum I should pick up that is on plan. Thanks!

I've heard that Dentene Fire has no Aspertame...

There's a gum called Spry that is made with xylitol. It's the only gum my coach said was on plan. I found it at Whole Foods and on Amazon. It's pretty good. There might be others without aspartame now. It seems like things in general are moving towards less aspartame.

I use the Listerine breath strips. I might try to get some of the gum you mentioned. I miss gum!

My IP coach said I need to keep the sugar alcohol down and my sugarfree gum (Orbit bubblegum) is 2 g, so I haven't had any since I started. I checked out Dentene Fire at the store and it had the same. I've missed my gum.
ANY SUGGESTIONS oh wise veteran IP'ers....

Found it on Amazon and ordered it, free shipping. Will see what it is like. I ordered cinnamon for the days I need a kick and spearmint for when I just want a freshen

Trident gum is made with xylitol too and is IP safe.

I use Trident - just check the carbs. Some of the newer flavors (like the Layers ones) are too high. My favorite is the bubble gum flavor because it seems to last the longest. I am never without gum. I also use Icebreaker Duo mints in a pinch. I keep both in my purse at all times and pull them out when other people are eating candy or baked goods in front of me. Having fresh gum in my mouth keeps me from trying to sneak a bite of something I shouldn't.
