Me four - going to see a Jets game in Minneapolis in November!

I did bring back some ICBINB (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter) spray - original and olive oil - because I haven't been able to find it for a decent price here, it was only for $2 something at Target.

I also saw some WF products at Wal-Mart but I had just ordered some from lowcarbgrocery so I didn't need any.

Any other ideas would be great!

Ha, ha, ha - that's awesome! I told my friend I'm going down in flip flops because this girl needs some new shoes and boots - none of mine fit any more!

Hey saskgirl, I'm in Bismarck! I don't know what you can or can't buy in Canada, but here are a few things I buy locally:

Better Body organic extra virgin coconut oil at Sam's Club. Great flavor! Much better than the Lou Ana brand at walmart, if you are looking for good coconut flavor.

Detour Bars Low Sugar, variety pack (20) caramel peanut and chocolate chip caramel. These are really good. Sam's Club.

South Beach meal bars, chocolate chunk and chocolate peanut butter, at Walmart.

Complete Nutrition carries a protein mix called V-Core Vantage, in the following flavors: orange creamsicle, chocolate, smores, cookies and cream, and vanilla. They will give you free samples! Ask about their club, where they match your fee of $22. Very good deal. They are located by Lowes, next to Johnny Carinos's. This is my morning meal every day. I always blend mine with water and crushed ice. I use coffee instead with the chocolate or cookies and cream flavors.

Menards carries a lot of protein items in their grocery section now. Premier Protein vanilla RTD 18g protein drinks are awesome. I use them in coffee or blend them in my magic bullet with crushed ice. Seriously tastes like a vanilla milkshake. Once, I saved mine for dessert and added pieces of my bar. It was my own DQ Blizzard! I think you can get Muscle Milk Light there.

You may want to stop by Target. They have a large selection of protein items now. I believe they also carry the Muscle Milk Light.

Also, if you like Quest Bars, GNC is in Kirkwood Mall.

Terry's Health on Main Ave, downtown, has Hain iodized sea salt and carries xanthan gum (a*good thickening agent for soups, puddings, sauces, etc...)

I hope some of this is helpful. Hope you have a great trip.

I went down to the states a few weeks ago and I found some different flavors of Mio and Koolaid Liquid (something I haven't seen in Canada - just sweetened with sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium... same stuff that's in the liquid Mio or Crystal Light). I also bought some Spicy Frank's Mustard (something I couldn't specifically find under Frank's brand) and Bread-and-Butter Pickles that are sweetened with Splenda.
