Red face Failure and Success
Ok lastnight I had 1 failure and 1 success with dinner.

First the success I made home made salsa to go on the chicken I made and this was the best I have ever made it was so fresh and GOOD!!!

The Failure I made an attempt to make rutabaga fries and OMG FLOP and FAILURE..........I only used half of the thing to see how they tasted. I need to try again they were terrible !

I have yet to try the rutabaga fries. I keep saying I'm gonna do it but never remember when I go shopping. Good luck on your next try

I am hooked on rutabaga fries. The only thing that I do that is different from any recipes I have seen, is to cook them longer. The crispier,the better. They take a long time to bake and don't use too much oil as they won't crisp up.

I love the fries. I just very lightly oil them and then cook the heck outta them... A little seasoning and taaaa daaa! Wish I could eat them every day!
