Okay, going for 5 workouts a week, including 2 weight sessions. Still easing into things with the knee a bit.
1 20 minutes strength, 20 minutes exercise bike
2 30 minutes step aerobics (done VERY slowly as this was my 1st session since the knee injury last Feb.)

4 20 minutes PT knee exercises, 30 minute walk
