I guess I am just trying to say that I have seen some posts here of people who have lost and gained even though they had these operations done. I had lapband surgery 2 years ago, went from 287 to 210 and stayed there between 210 and no higher than 215. I wanted to get under 200 as a short-time goal. This year I went through a bad depression and when I dared to get on the scale I was 238! Now I am on my way down again because I feel better now and just want to get back on track. Even tho a person has a bariatric surgery done, it is not a "magical charm" to make you lose weight without any input from yourself. Certain foods I can't eat they don't agree with my throat but it's amazing how none of the good junk food had a problem going down! We still have to work at losing weight folks, despite the operations. And it is easy to find out how to get around what was done to you and gain your weight back. Anybody else had bariatric surgery done and the same thing happened to them
