Made a new recipe today and wanted to share.
It's somewhat similar to an earlier post. A week or maybe 10 days ago I bough a big bag of Kale from Wegmans (NY/mid-Atlantic) for $2.50 and really didn't think I would use it all before it wilted or rotted. I've been adding it to my version of WW friendly Chipotle salads this week for added nutrition and last night found a simple yummy lemon/garlic dressing.
Steam a bunch, I mean a bunch of kale for 7-10 mins
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs minced garlic - YUM!
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Toss kale with lemon/garlic mix -- YUMMY!!!!!!
I will get back to my goal weight!
