Chocolate?
I'm heading into OWL. I'm going to pay attention to the carb ladder, of course, so nuts and berries are on the agenda. But in the OWL foods in the book, under "low carb products" is listed "low carb chocolate".
I am a chocolate snob, able to walk away from Halloween candy but really liking small servings of very very dark chocolate. I'm not such a fan of the bars with sugar alcohols. So I'm thinking of experimenting, in a couple of weeks when I'm fully blissed out on blueberries.
What kinds of experiences have you all had with chocolate? What kinds of chocolates seem to work?
