Happy Saturday Fellow IP'ers!!!! Here are just a few funnies to remind you to smile and have fun and keep your attitudes POSITIVE!!! I am honored to share in this weight-loss journey with you and I salute you all!

















Some web resources say you can burn anywhere from 10-40 calories simply by laughing. Laughter raises your heart beat, causing you to burn more calories than normal. Intensity of your laugh, your weight, and muscle will all affect the number of calories you burn. So don't forget to experience some joy and LAUGH!

I think my all time fave is Wonder Woman and the Invisible Man. Memories!!! And, a total riot.

Avalon - love it - the crouton bit, TOO FUNNY! Ya think it could be true?? Thanks for the laughs.. Things were getting a little too heavy on some of the other threads so, it's refreshing to read yours.
