What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Support and accepting that it's a marathon not a race. Extreme low cal dieting hasn't worked in the past year of trying it and then falling off the wagon/binging, so I need to try something different.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I need a buddy! Exercise Accountability. I have a hard time getting to the gym because of being "tired from work".
