I am in love love love with the vanilla pudding. I mix allspice in with it and eat it after dinner. It is a perfect yummy desert.

I don't know what plan you are on, but I am on maintenance , and not sure whether your plan allows yogurt or nuts.

But I love the vanilla pudding mixed with small amount of FF Greek yogurt, few walnuts, some nutmeg and freeze just until almost solid.. It is so cool and it is like an icecream when you let it thaw a bit.

I am on day 10 of the program and will start the green menu tomorrow. I am so glad that I will have more options. I miss cottage cheese, lol. It will be good to have more fruit choices, too.

My new favorite thing to do with the vanilla pudding is to blend it with a few ice cubes and a cup of cold coffee! Cures my Starbucks cravings!

You can also use the hot choc with coffee instead of the vanilla pudding and make an iced mocha!
