I am new and very excited to have found this forum.
I have a very clear goal: 75kg (I need to lose 15kg)
I also have a very clear roadmap on how to get there: 1kg every month for 15 months.
If this works out I will be my goal weight by my
wedding. EEEK!
Problem is the psychological barrier, losing 15kg just sounds so difficult. I feel like a deer in the headlights. (I obviously also feel hungry.)
The plan is to stick to 1400 calories a day, exercise 5 days a week, eat as good as I can manage and use Herbalife. So far, so good. Still hungry.
