Default Lots to lose!
Hello everyone!

I've got to say that I am SO THRILLED to find this amazing community.

A quick intro about myself - I'm a 26 year old married female from Texas. My struggle with weight has been a lifelong battle that I am so sick of.

After gaining 100 lbs over the course of 18 months post having emergency brain surgery that put me out of commission for a long while, I've hit rock bottom and I'm FINALLY ready to make the commitment to myself and take this weight loss journey. I'm ready to get back to being ME again.

I signed up with the Quick Weight Loss Center two days ago. Yesterday was my first official day on the diet. It went very well and I already am feeling better! I could not be more excited about this whole thing (including getting active on this fabulous forum)!

I promise, we won't hold that typo against you (I've been dealing with insomnia pretty constantly for a few months now, so I DEFINITELY know you won't hear anything bad about typos from me, lol!) Welcome to the site, you will love it here! There is pretty much something for everyone (I think I say that a lot... but it's true!) and you will fit right in! Welcome!

Surgery (gallbladder had to be taken out) was one of the big things that actually made me fail the first time I really tried losing weight. It took me years before I realized I'd hit rock bottom (I weighed so much more than I thought I had :|) and HAD to do something about my weight. This place has been a welcome beacon in my life, and I appreciate its presence more than I can say.

Other than that, love your enthusiasm -- that go get em attitude will be a big help on your journey And once more, welcome!

Congrats on losing 5lbs! That is a bag of sugar I am brand-new myself, trying to "take the bull by the horns" again. People seem to be real nice around here. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
