Unhappy fell a little off plan last night

We have out of town family visiting that we haven't seen in years. I have been good for the most part but last night, my husbands aunt made homemade fries in the oven. I had a handful with my salad and turkey. I feel bad but I had self control by only taking a few. I also had a glass of wine. My keto stick was beige with slight pink so it did affect that some :/ so today I will feel a little yucky. I refused dessert which is huge for me.

Dragonfly33, Please don't "beat yourself up". Give it another day or two and you'll be back in ketosis in no time. (I'm doing Atkins too). It's that those carbs took you over what you body needs to be in ketosis, but it's not a huge, long, binge or anything. And even if it was, just get back on the program, you'll do fine. I see from your ticker that you have lost 20# so far-- that's outstanding.

Gal, you REFUSED DESSERT!... goodness, you did AWESOME in my book. But what matters is how you did in your own "book".

BIG HUG of encouragement for you
MrsKevin

I am feeling ok so far, not hungry in between my meals/snacks so maybe it didn't do too much damage

Jennifer you should be proud of yourself for so many things! Look how far you have come and refusing desert? When was the last time you did that? That is awesome! Brush yourself off, you can do this!

We had out of town visitors last week so eating on plan was difficult but I did well considering. Back at it now!
