Default Mini Goals

When I started this diet I created a spreadsheet to chart my weight loss, with projections at various weights, and my long term goal and a set of milestones. When I get out of each weight class, for example. When I lose certain percentages of my total weight, when I hit certain percentages of my long term goal, etc. Tons of numbers because to me that's sort of fascinating. Anyway, I'm in a big area for achievements this week: 25 pounds gone, 10% of my body weight gone, 20% of the way to my goal, and I overshot my August goal by losing an extra 5 pounds.

My next mini goal is to get out of Obese (Class 2), hopefully in two to three weeks!

Great job! And I would post every single one of those goals as a separate mini-goal posting!

Oh I absolutely love all your mini goals! I do the exact same thing! I am so glad to hear there is someone who also analyzes their weight loss on a spreadsheet. It is really great. When you have lots of numbers you can reach lots and lots of mini goals. So that is lots and lots of encouragement. Wishing you all the best as you head for the next BMI classification!!!
