I've been on every diet you can imagine. I've been a NIDDM for the past 11 years, my medications have been increased to keep my a1c under control. Prior to starting Ideal Protein a little over one month ago I was taking 3 different medications. Now after 5 weeks I have been able to stop one and cut the other two in half.
I have utilized many of the recipes on this site as a guest. Looking forward to reaching my goal.
