Default They tried to make me go to rehab, I said No No!

Ok, I know it's not as dramatic and soulful as Miss Winehouse, but golly guys! I think I fell off the wagon. I noticed that some of you old school 3fc WW ladies are back at a meeting after a hiatus. I am right on the edge of my seat, I need to just dxo it. I need to be accountable. But honestly, having the extra $40 a month is really easy on my budget. I need to cut something out so I can add that support system back in.

Have any of you just had a really tough as nails weight loss summer? I feel like I have been a big lazy pizza eating, beer guzzling, bump on a log. I have only gained like 5 lbs, but I said NO NO NO! It can't be time for me to fall back into my old routines. I gave away all my fat pants!

Slight rant, but mostly I feel like I have been avoiding 3fc out of guilt and when that happens.. It's never good. Miss you guys!

<3 - girl, this summer has been TOUGH for me. I am usually a-ok in the summer and struggle in the fall with football, but good god - this summer has basically been the same 5 pounds off and the same 5 pounds on.

According to the ww website they are offering 1 month free of either online or monthly pass. I am not sure of the fine print, but if you can do 1 month for free it might be enough to reset your plan.

My new personal mantra need to be "Beer and pizza are not the answer!"

I finally had a good summer - after years of bad ones! Just taking it day by day and wanting to get on with life. Strangely enough, it has also been the most difficult year personally, dealing with a DH who has been very ill.

to all - don't give up, but don't make excuses either! Life is too short and it goes by much, much too fast.

Yup, there with ya! You can do it!

I didn't go back to online or meetings, just buckled down and got back to work but if you need the accountability to light that fire under your butt or to get the push you need then do it!

I miss going to my weight watchers meetings! I was so disappointed when they said I couldn't continue going through my pregnancy, even though it was just to continue eating healthy and gaining what my doctor recommended. Oh well. I have been super lucky that I've been steadily staying between 150-155 all summer. I was 157 when I found out I was preggers so I have mastered the maintain for the first trimester. Next week starts the time where I have to start gaining. I hope I don't fall of the wagon too hard! Good luck ladies on everyone getting back on track! I know you can do it! You have all been my inspiration since I have joined here, so I have total faith in you!

I feel like it has definitely been a maintenance summer for me. I didn't really gain anything, but I definitely didn't lose anything either.

Don't get me wrong. For the most part it's been an amazing summer. Lots of outside time. Lots of seeing friends. Major advancements at work. But it has not been a lot of focus on health.
