Hey y'all!
Just wanted to say "hi" to everybody. I haven't been around for a while. Looking for and starting a new job has taken most of my efforts for the past year. I'm tremennnnnndously happy to have the job I'm in, but all the stress and changes have shown up on the scale.
I've rejoined Weight Watchers (first time doing it solely online), joined a gym, and am going to try to get back in the habit of participating in 3FC. I think I'm going to give the Beck Diet Solution a try too, now that my life seems to be settling down (knock on wood). It's been nice looking at some of the threads and seeing a lot of familiar "faces," although I was sad to learn that Gary (EZMONEY) had passed away.
