I've seen these morphing programs that can morph one face to another. It looks like she took all her photos (digitized) and then ran them through such a program that blends them together.
Yeah there is a news story about her floating around. She lost the weight over a year ago and had these pictures posted. Someone else morphed them and now she is an internet sensation!
I'd like to do something similar with several photos once I'm at goal. I've actually played around with some software myself and did a set for my 100 pound loss:
I've since lost 50 more but got pregnant so it'll be a while before I can work on getting to my goal, but I totally want to do a new morphing set when I get there.
The thing that always gets me is that even my hand gets smaller.

Take pictures of yourself! You will be glad you did. I was very camera shy and didn't allow pictures of myself taken and wish I had more before pictures.
