Someone asked if I was on any plan--not necessarily. I calorie counted most of the time. I wasn't on a specific diet, I just controlled my portions and cut out soda (eventually). Also, I'm really active, I started walking a couple of times a week when I first started, and now I probably get some form of exercise about 4-6 times a week.
