I'm in too!!!! I read somewhere about focusing on the next 5 or 10 pounds depending on where you are in your journey so I picked 10 pounds as a goal!!!!

This is perfect for me. I am starting today - so my goal for Columbus Day will be 17 lbs. I am currently 216 so that would put me below 200. I know that is a big goal for 6 weeks - but since I'm just starting I should have a large loss the first week (fingers crossed). I just need some motivation to get going

Happy Tuesday - Holding at 184.... Getting close to my lowest adult weight of 178.... That's where I was after doing Atkins the first time in 2003....how I wish I had never fallen off the wagon! It feels so much different this time - doing it just for me - not falling into that "dieter's high" if that makes sense. I have one more pair of pants I am trying to fit into and then I will be working on new territory - thanks everyone for the support!!! It has made a big difference for me!!! Have a downdowndown day!!!
