So TOM is around the corner and I did some hard exercises the last few days(stair exercises, lots of walking, jogging, ab exercises....) and thus my body is retaining water like CRAZY. I'm so swollen feeling
Especially my chest TMI WARNING-my boobs never usually swell or get really tender but this month they are for some reason. So yeah, the scale is not my friend today. Its like...showing this super awful super high weight that I haven't seen in a long time. Grr water weight.
My legs are crazy sore. I'm still going to work on getting a jog in tonight. I'm really trying to make this trail running thing happen
