Smile Feeling Im going to do this for the first time
For the first time I really feel I can do this. I've tryed losing weight so many times but I always give up or have a sense that its not going to work. I've been doing this for seven days and I don't wanna quite. For the first time I'm enjoying this journey. And I know by next year on my birthday wich is aug 29 th that I just may hit my goal. I don't know what's chaned but I know now that I will do this.

Also please excuse my horrible spelling and grammar. I am not as ignorant as I sound. I just can't find my laptop cord so posting from my phone is challenging.

Thank you both!. I'm ten days in loving it!!. I guess I just wasn't ready before. But I'm in it for the long hall now. I'm so excited to see the numbers go down and the changes in me. Krissy that is awesome!!. Congratulations!. Your inspiring!

I have the same feeling this time too. I've never done points plus but I've been on every diet out there. Tomorrow is my first weigh in and I'm excited to keep going. It seems so doable.

That is exactly where I'm at.

I started WW for the 3rd time this year and for about 6 months I was ON it and then I got really off track this summer. Last week I went to a meeting and the after meeting session. I'm trying to forget the bad habits that I let myself fall into and remember what worked for me in the beginning.

Sometimes just being really, truly READY feels so good!
