Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Stopping myself from overindulging & boredom eating, and getting back on track after a summer hiatus was tough
Following any specific plan: Mostly just eating healthier & more frequently, while monitoring calories, sugar, & portions, as well as keeping super hydrated. Plus running 3 times a week
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: This time I'm focusing more on health & am actually telling people, forming a support system, whereas before I was basically punishing myself & wallowing in self loathing, while telling no one.
