Default HSP- Henoch–Schönlein purpura and working out

Hi all,
Almost a year ago I was diagnosed with possible Henoch–Schönlein purpura well its still with me and I have no health insurance. When I am I check out my kidneys but is seriously slowed down my weight loss. I was doing Barre when I found out and had to quit and forfeit a lot of money in classes.

I know this is super rare in adults but if anyone can understand at all please chime in. I feel pretty alone and haven't done a 5K or gone to the gym really since diagnosed and I'm sort of scared but I'm trying.

Thanks to any who respond.

I am not really familiar with it. When you first got it, was that after an infection? Did it just flare up now again for sure or how do you know you still have it? Any infections or new drug treatments recently? What is your exact diet?

Sorry, many questions. You can guess as to possible kidney function based on the absence/presence of blood in the urine. You can also purchase a test and check markers of kidney function yourself if you want to be on the safe side.
