Healthy: Canned fish. It's the bomb. I'm serious. This sh!t is heaven and gives you a heavenly body...all in a can: crab, clams, salmon, sardines, muscles, sardines, oysters, octopus, kipper, mackeral, trout, name it. It is so fricking awesome. Cooked. Portioned out. Nutrition on the side of the can. Keeps for years. Cheap.

Unhealthy: I don't do unhealthy any more. But a good ol' cheeseburger would just about do it if I did.
