Thanks all! I am hoping to really tone up and probably lose another 10 pounds before I truly call goal.

For those of you who asked, I just calorie counted and exercised for the last 3 years. some days I cheated, some days were on track. But, the main thing was even if I had a bad day, or a bad week, I kept going at it.
