Cool No, no ice cream for me!
A think this is a small victory for me. We have those drumsticks at home (with caramel, fudge and vanilla) and I was craving one so bad for lunch, but instead I just finished off my turkey burger leftovers and went back to work.

I'm down 16 pounds and started my journey in June, so I am very happy with this, even if I do slip up at least once a week (I'd probably have a bigger loss if not for those uh-oh days).

Don't you just love that feeling? I was at a party on Sunday and resisted temptation to every dessert there...and trust me, there was a lot of good looking stuff lol. Good job!
