Well as of today I am back in the 180's for the forth day now. I must say it feels really good. I am eating on point but it may be due to the lack of money and food at this time. But it still feels good. I didn't think I would ever see the 180's for more than a day because I would always mess up.
I am hoping to see 185 this month and possibly get out of the 180's also. I haven't been exercising just doing low carb as my fbs have been ridiculous. The lowest I've seen is 140 or 143 and that was a complete shock. Gotta figure out how to keep it low and get it lower.
