I like lean cuisine myself, but I've always used it as an (i don't feel like cooking) substitute. The sodium intake on most pre-cooked meals are generally pretty high, but eating these on occassion shouldn't do any harm. ;-)

If you have to go somewhere... just
take your diet with you.
