Default Blue Team Spring Into Action Chat Thread Week 11 (07/29/13 - 08/04/13)

Hi everyone this will be short and sweet off to bed now.

Hope everyone had a great day, mine was unproductive and full of bad food choices. I'm hoping that tomorrow will be a better day leading to a much better week.

Talk to you tomorrow.

What is it? I keep failing! I've decided to wait and start fresh after we get back from the casino on Wednesday, but gosh, it just seems so frustrating for many of us these past few weeks, idk, just kinda weird. There WAS the last super moon last week, maybe that has something to do with it? I was doing so well. My mindset is still good, I believe I will be good again and lose again, but for now, like you Jacky, bad choices abound. Sigh.

Congratulations Jessica, Kayin, Tkoz and Toomuch - you guys are awesome!!! Enjoyed your pictures Jessica - I gotta catch up with you! Maybe next challenge Good luck ladies, back with you on Wednesday.

Hey Dora thanks for asking WOW it's been CRAZY for me . First week our crew working out of town I controlled myself then all of a sudden I started the emotional eating like I had no control what so EVER ! I hate it but I have an addition and it is FOOD ! All my life ! I am amazed how easy it seems sometime to stay on plan and how my mind is so far from being on plan at times . However , I have had more control in the last few years than I ever expected to have EVER at my age 51 . I have a cousin wedding to attend in Sept . I plan to focus on my belly getting smaller for that event . Would love to look "marvelous darling" (LOL ) for this outdoor wedding Good Luck to me for a better week and to all my Blue Team friends .

I would love to catch Jessica one day also ! Congratulation to a lady that is on fire !!!! You look amazing

Hey Tammy - check out this article about food addiction that I just got today after reading your post. Pretty timely I think. Another thing that came up too is Spark People sent a "Back-on-track" challenge, another one to check out, for all of us.

Congratulations jessica, 2muchbelly & kayin on being the biggest losers! i cant believe i snuck in for a mention, this has given something to strive for this week. Blue Team you are really rocking this challenge...WELL DONE TO ALL!

bigmid so hard o keep the head in the game at times and im sure the medication you mentioned last week hasnt helped. Fingers crossed for a good week for you

dora you have done so well in this challenge that im sure the weight will keep coming down

dumplin your life sounds very hectic atm. Seems you have been emotionally supporting others that eating becomes a bit of a refuge. I find that refuge hard to leave at times. I hope things settle for you soon

I was mostly on plan the last week and showed a slight loss. This week im going to try hard to drink all my water and not skip meals. Have a great week everyone

Hiya ladies, just a quick check in...will try to get on and do personals tomorrow. Baby hasn't been sleeping lately at all, and it really catching up to me. I was so exhausted I didn't even work out for two days, but today I forced myself to run. Typing now while I nurse, ha ha -- and them going to pass out and hopefully she'll sleep a little better. Hope everyone is having a great week!!!

Well I've been so bad and have not been on since I posted the new threads. Sorry about that.

Well yesterday I started 3 new 30 day fitness challenges and got my head screwed back on a little tighter and had a good day. Unfortunately though I also stepped on the scale and was up 10lb......in 12 days:-(. Who does that.

Moving forward:-)

CONGRATULATIOS Jessica, 2muchbelly, Kayin, and Tkkoz. Awesome job ladies.

Dora - how are you doing? Did you get back on track on Thursday? Hope you had fun at the casino and won some new clothes money:-)

Dumplin - your dealing with a lot being away from home and regular surroundings. You will win in the end, you even said your doing better than you would have a few years ago.......yay!!

Tkkoz - the week is starting to get better thanks, probably won't help for Sunday but will help overall. Good job on a loss last week and so far this week. Water is key keep it up:-)

Jessica - well you are on fire wows can't believe how much you've lost this challenge. Make sure and try to get some rest even a nap here and there. Best not to push exercise if your exhausted as you could hurt yourself. You won't even be I. The next challenge if you keep this up you'll be at goal:-)

Leslie - how are things with you. Hope the new job is going well and you are settling in alright.

Sorry if I missed anyone.

Well off to do something for the day. Have a good one everyone

Hi all, hope you're having a good week!

I have been more on plan eating wise this week than I think any other week so hoping for a loss this week. Haven't been exercising as much but still something every day and cleaned house for 5 hours today, probably burnt lots of calories!

Go blue!
