I am really happy today as it is my r-anniversary and wanted to share that with you, lovely and inspirational people.
1st August 2012 - I started C25K. I ran my first minute (cursing silently until it finished)
27th October 2012 - Graduated C25K.
21st April 2013 - Ran my first 5k race.
1st August 2013 - Ran 5k to commemorate that first, difficult and very important minute.
I run regurarly now and couldn't be happier about it. And even though I am not doing great at losing nowadays, I am at least maintaining, exercising and eating proper, healthy food (just a bit too much
).
Got to love new good habits!
