Decided to weigh my steak this evening, and turns out I was under-eating (at least with steak, I will check chicken tomorrow!) When I did IP before, it was 5oz of meat or 7oz of seafood/fish and I was pretty good at eye-balling that, but I looked at the most recent protocol form that Lisa posted and realized that it was changed to 8oz. Eeep! I already had a hard time getting in all that food at dinner, now it's even more!
Good news; my clothes are becoming quite baggy. I have to pull my pants up really high above my waist or they are very saggy in my behind. Not a good look.
Another couple weeks and I will have to dig through my closet to see what fits!
