With IP, I always feel energetic and never dizzy and my blood pressure is normal. I take all of the mandatory and recommended supplements and eat 1/2 tsp of the sea salt daily. The salt and potassium are much more important than I realized.
I am thinking I will add an extra potassium. Before alterntives my coach mentioned extra potassium to help with muscle cramps, which I get despite getting all my salt.
