I have no false hopes of being perfect, cause its just not realistic. Loosing weight is nice and all, but its summertime and I sure as heck don't want to miss out on fun/life just to drop an extra 0.XX lbs.
Whatever the scale shows this week, I'm happy overall with how I've been feeling/doing. I'm really enjoying lifting on a proper schedule - its given me the change up from just running that I needed for my cross-training.
