If you like convenience foods, it's a lot easier to follow the new plan, because the advertised points are correct. Plus, all current cookbooks and recipes from the WW website are all converted, so you will have to recalculate all of this if you go with the old plan.
If you mainly eat the same thing, or eat mostly whole foods, or just eat most of your meals at home, then it's pretty easy to convert. You just have to make sure you never mix the two plans. To me, it just seems like too much trouble to stick with the old plan!
