Default Bye Bye Heart Burn!

You read it! My acid reflex has 'greatly' reduced. I've only had a couple of episodes since July 7th, 2013 and these were due to spicy foods, not over eating. It makes me very happy that I rarely have to pull out the acid controller medications when before I needed them with me for daily use.

Wahoo!!!! Acid reflux is not pleasant, I'm glad that you won't have to deal with that anymore!

Mee too It was such an awful thing. That constant feeling of the food not quite settling properly. Feeling sick all the time...no fun!

Oh good!!! So happy for you.

I currently take medication for it 2x a day since my acid reflux is very severe. It kinda sucks since I really love spicy food and tomato-based food but it's okay! It is totally worth ditching them to avoid those awful episodes, right?

That is true I apologize yours is so severe.

Mine is mainly triggered by over eating and too many greasy foods. I get it with spicy food from time to time but it really just depends. I so agree with that! I am so done with these episodes every day.

Great news. And your weight loss does contribute to lessening of the effects as well. Plus, from a health perspective, you've just significantly reduced your chances of moving on to more serious health issues brought on by acid reflux. Major win in so many ways!

Yay! I get bad acid reflux, too. Losing weight and eating healthy def. helps.
