hi everybody finally found my way to this thread at 158 and now I'm stuck! I've been sitting here for 4 days! and i have strictly been following my 1365 calories a day and my treadmill interval training 30 min everyday. so today I'm gonna cheat! not a lot or anything, just go over my calories to see if it will shake something up lol.
