Default Tired of it all

I am new here and really need help. I have been trying to lose weight since I was 14, now, 56. The only thing that helped me lose the weight was when I started smoking in my 20's. I quit 10 years later and packed on 100 pounds. I tried so hard to lose the weight, I discovered phen phen, lost 80 pounds and gained it all back and then some. I don't even eat that much some days and should not be weighing 280 pounds. The doctor is now testing me pulmonary hypertension. I am on disability for anxiety, becasue it is so bad and have developed claustrophobia. I am getting more depressed every day. I have no schedule and it is so hard to get on one, some days just don't seem worth living. Nothing to look forward to, no friends, just this weight problem, that has caused and is causing more health issues all the time, pre diabetes, really bad osteoarthritis of the knees, asthma, depression, ect. Just so sick of it all, sick of trying for over 40 years
