Default JerseyGyrl-Questoin please :-)

Are the recipes on Linda's Low Carb board, good for Induction Phase of Atkins.
Thanks for your incredible knowledge of this WOE.
Think I am going to re-read my Book from early 2000's...is that the one you normally mention? My problem is the craving of the 'bad' carbs...need to learn how to combat them....so hard though...I start and then I can't seem to get past days 1,2 or 3
Any suggestions, input or thoughts would be very appreciated.
Thanks so much.
Anyone doing this WOE, please add your comments as well.

Default One more question

Is it true we all don't have to start with Phase 1?

Thank you for your kind words. I am passionate about Atkins and enjoy sharing my experiences with those who are interested in making Atkins a total lifestyle change.
All the recipes marked with an * on Linda's Low Carb website are Induction friendly.
Yes, the book's I recommend reading are Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 and prior versions because those are the books Dr. Atkins himself wrote.
The key to success with this way of eating is to have low carb foods prepared & available. Failing to plan is planning to fail.
There are people that don't need to start with Induction. I wasn't one of them....but....that said, if I were, I think I'd begin with Induction foods and added veggies and gradually advance up the OWL carb ladder.
You CAN do this!!
All the best to you!!
