I have a question, even though i know im supposed to weigh once a week (saturday for me). I tend to weigh myself everyday just bc it motivates me (for the most part). How long do you wait when you see a loss until you officially call it/count it? a week? a few days?? im at 2 days of a number and idk if id be premature to count it
