A tentative congratulations Dottington, must feel lovely to see that number on the scale! Have you been taking your measurements? Perhaps as you build muscle, but lose fat, you're shedding inches and really are thinner! Only one way to find out. I am sadly still very much 141lbs despite sticking to my diet like glue. In the evenings I go up to 142, which is so utterly depressing.. that line just gets further away!

Red-Rose that is wonderful! The 140s are inching closer and closer still.
