That is a really cool area of study you're doing. I hope to attend graduate school, then continue to teach and hopefully concertize. Aw you're so sweet! I think exercise really does help with looking leaner then you are at a higher weight. But also all the exercise means I lose slower so its kind of a give and take.
Ok soooo...weighed myself yesterday on my parents scale after the hike and after eating a huge 1000 calorie dinner and...I weighed 149....I'm trying not to put too much stock into it but I'm really hoping that I've finally broken into the 40s! I feel like I *look* slimmer...hmmm.
