Thank you I made a pledge to myself to be honest, open and transparent. I believe that it is the only way that I am going to overcome my obesity, with no more hiding and no more lies.

Thanks! I've successfully completed my first challenge and I'm going for a more difficult one this week, well for me anyway. I'm writing that post as I speak and it will be published in the morning. I'm also getting closer to reaching my first goal and looking forward to getting my reward.
