I also feel I should add that while that link is safe for innocent eyes and work (Possibly at least, use your own discretion as I don't know anything about using computers and internet at work), I would not go to the home page or anywhere else on that site as its very ADULT in nature in other places. Just a heads up.
I hope everyone has a great OP day!

Tried the orange wafer and love it! I wasn't totally loving the strawberry for whatever reason but the orange is yum!

Lisa will it be an issue to split lunch up by a few hours? I have a 3 hour long national registry exam to take at 12. I need to leave home at 11, so I plan on having an orange drink, maybe an egg. When I get home about 4 ish, I'll have my veggies and snack. Dinner maybe at 7, it wont be an issue will it. I cant eat the veggies and lunch at 10:30.

Go for it!
Many people also split their dinner protein...
We have to figure out ways to fit the plan into our daily lives. Great planning!

Good morning!
I can't believe I am almost at my goal weight. My coach told me 12 weeks ago that I would be in a bikini by July 4th and it was too much to process. Well, here we are and I am bikini ready!
If you are just starting, you can do it! It works! It isn't really a diet because you dont feel deprived! It is a lifestyle change, and I have never eaten more vegetables in my life!
Now for my question: what are alternatives to the RTD vanilla shake? I remember seeing a chart somewhere that compared the protein amounts, etc. in Lindora, IP, etc...anyone have a link to that?
Have a wonderful day!

Greetings All. WI today. After last weeks big ZERO, I came in two pounds down this week. I guess my body likes to hold on a bit extra before letting go. Much like me and my favorite pants

I haven't posted for a few days. Been processing the fact that I am rapidly approaching my original goal, which was to loose half of me.... Just shy of 10 lbs from that goal. That is also my "Hawaii goal" as I told myself that WHEN I lost half of me, I would celebrate by going to Hawaii.....
I have been noticing these odd protrusions on my body lately.... Making my cat unhappy while trying to cuddle in bed...as his "tummy pillow" has gone missing. It is no longer comfortable to sit on the porch step....
Dad nicknaming me "Boney" as he bruises himself slinging an arm across my shoulders....
Actually seeing my rib cage pop out in the mirror when I happened to stretch after getting out of the shower.....
The biggest change for me is being able to pass a mirror or reflecting surface and think/say "WOW!"

Congrats on the loss. I know what you mean about holding on to those favorite pants.
