Monday was good, and today was good... but Tuesday my parents ordered a take away and I partook. That's the aspect I find hardest... socialising whilst on a diet. I actually tend to limit my social life so I can diet better - which means food starts taking over my life! No fun.

Dottington: You sound uber fit. That's awesome! Do you find that developing muscle hinders your weight loss?

Liquorice: Perhaps you shouldn't weigh yourself so frequently? Your weight will inevitably fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. If you weigh yourself weekly, you might get a better indication of your progress. Hold on, it'll happen!!
