Default Boo, second weigh in.
2 lbs. And I was 100% OP. I have always been a slow loser, but was hoping for 3lbs. Oh well, it's better than a 2lb gain ! Back at it !

This forum is VERY quiet. Sometimes days will go by without a single post.

Someone mentioned that medifast has an active Facebook page, but I've never participated.

There are however some very helpful and supportive non-medifast people on other 3FC boards!
