Went on a killer hike yesterday. I went with my one hiking buddy who likes to do like sprint hiking....uphill. So we go as hard and fast as possible for a mile, then break, then again. And that kind of interval workout is wayyyyy more intense then pacing yourself. Its not very effective hiking, especially if you're doing long distances or backpacking, but for a workout its great! We even jogged the last bit which was this super steep incline. At the end we were shaking and dizzy. So today I'm not doing any cardio
