I am definitely with you. I have been on a 141 lbs plateau for what seems like an age. If I stop paying attention I go up a little, if I diet I just maintain. It is deeply frustrating.
I also sympathise a great deal with those of you in the 150s. Starting my journey was fairly easy, I dropped 20 lbs with a degree of ease. Then I hit 154 lbs and things slowed considerably. With unfaltering persistence, you will beat it!
I know it seems as if the 130lbs are so much within my reach that my participation on this thread is silly... but honestly, if you knew how much my body wanted to stay in the 140lbs... you would understand!
